Restaurant La Lingua
Inspiring by the city’s everyday images and shapes, such as drinking fountains, water, san pietrini, usage of outdoor spaces, greeneries and archeteture, material palette and a planing solution were choosen.
The vision for the boutique hotel "Sylva" in the city center of Rome is to create an immersive and culturally rich experience that blends Roman history and lifestyle with modern hospitality. Rome has influenced architectonical part of the project as much as FF&E, OS&E selection.
The material palette for "Sylva" includes wood, metal, travertine, and marble. The colour scheme for "Sylva" is inspired by the natural tones of the Roman landscape. Earthy shades of beige and brown, reflective of travertine and wood, form the base palette. These are complemented by accents of green from the abundant plants and touches of metallic silver, the usage of this one was inspired by the amount of reflection surfaces in the city such as water from the fountain.

La lingua restaurant
All La lingua zones unified by a consistent design element — accents of blue. At La Lingua restaurant, the space is thoughtfully divided into two zones, each offering its own unique atmosphere. The first area, which greets guests upon arrival, is a wine cellar. Here, visitors can select a glass of fine wine and enjoy a variety of appetizers available at the cashier at shared tables, creating a warm and social environment. From there, guests arrive into the dining area, which offers a more private and intimate setting. Hotel guests enjoy their breakfasts each morning and gather in
the evenings for dinner together with external guests, especially during La Lingua's special events.
